Since the founding of Konstroffer & Partner Personalmarketing KG in Frankfurt am Main in 1975, I and my team of outstanding experts have emphasized our Focus on Excellence.  We have committed ourselves to providing first class, individualized service that we have always matched to the demands and requirements of our clients.

 

We wanted to outrival the competition in creativity, expertise and speed in developing recruitment ad concepts and performing media services as well as in the realm of Executive Search. We would attract qualified technical professionals and management experts via our K&P Ad and through our direct search methods.   We have met this ambitious goal and continue defending this standing with success to the present day.

An international approach was the logical consequence of our enterprising, entrepreneurial, global concept.  The founding of our US subsidiary in 1985 was the first visible milestone on the path to worldwide activities.  Partnerships in Barcelona and in Shanghai with like-minded, owner-managed, professional executive search consultancies complement our network. And we are open to new cooperations with Executive Search Consultants and/or Headhunters, particularly in the Emerging Markets.

Today we are proud of our accomplished recruitment projects in Germany, Europe, the USA, Canada, Mexico, China, Japan and Singapore.  We are excited about further, challenging opportunities from India.  We are the specialists in succeeding with the most demanding, “hard nut to crack” assignments.

In all respects of our services, we focus on the benefit to our clients.  As an analogy, picture a large orchestra:  a concert can succeed only if all positions are expertly filled and the musicians are playing from the same page of sheet music.  Imagine what would happen if the first or second violin were absent, if sheet music were disarranged, or if the director had to work with third tier brass musicians because first-class artists were not found.  Not only would the concert be a disaster, but there would be negative consequences internally.  Sooner or later, top performers would leave this orchestra.  And that would be fine for the competition – a return to the pit of the harsh everyday corporate world.
